Palmer in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi during the relief efforts of Hurricanes Katrina and the preparations for Hurricane Rita. This presentation was produced for a Red Cross Disaster Relief Conference; it contains 15 minutes of the 100 hours we shot in the weeks we were in the Gulf.
